Senior Pastor
We are searching for a Senior Pastor to lead the church when our present Pastor leaves to take up another ministry around end of April/ May 2018. This is an exciting opportunity to join our staff team, which presently consists of a Senior and an Assistant Pastor, to lead a contemporary, diverse and growing evangelical church with multiple ministries in North Wales.

A gifted and dynamic leader
An enthusiastic expository Bible preacher/ teacher
A proven visionary
An equipper and mobiliser
A caring and loving pastor
A motivated and energetic character
A passion for church growth; for evangelism and discipleship
A people person who can relate to young and old from all walks of life
Qualifications
Theologically trained to degree level or higher
Experience in leading vocational and non-vocational staff
Minimum of 5-10 years pastoral experience in a growing, contemporary and diverse church
Holds to a conservative evangelical doctrinal position
